Spa Policies

We request 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged the full amount of service.

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service.

There is a 20% service charge added to all services.  Additional gratuity may be added for exceptional service.

We respect the health of our guests. We ask that you inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, medication or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated.

Please leave your valuables at home and dress comfortably.

Please turn off or silence your cell phones and other electronic devices.

*TEMPERATURE CHECKS- All team members and guests temperatures will be taken upon entering the spa. Anyone with 100.4 degrees reading will not be permitted to perform or receive a spa service.

*MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES- All guests are required to wear a mask upon entering the spa and for the duration of their time in the spa. During a facial, when appropriate the mask will be removed. During the massage while face down the mask may be removed and then immediately put back on once laying on your back.

*BOOKING APPOINTMENTS- All guests will be required to answer a series of symptom questionnaire upon booking the spa services and will be required to sign an electronic waiver each time you visit the spa.

*SANITIZED- All areas will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each spa service and high contact areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. Medical-grade sanitizer will be available for all guests and team members. The spa disinfectants are EPA approved and certified.


*PAYMENTS- Contactless payment POS system and sanitized CC machine will be used.

*SOCIAL DISTANCING- In order to provide proper social distancing, the locker rooms, robes and slippers, spa lounge seating area and spa snacks are suspended until further notice. We ask while in the retail boutique to practice safe social distancing.

*RETAIL TESTERS- Please ask your front desk concierge if you would like to test any retail.

*GROUPS- At this time we cannot accommodate groups due to social distancing requirements.
